Michael Eaglen

Michael joined McMullen and Wing in 2011 from a senior management position at High Modulus, in which he was responsible for global leadership of their consulting engineering business. A naval architect by training, Michael has extensive experience across the marine industry, from America's Cup racing yachts to military and of course superyacht projects.

Michael is a respected member of international superyacht community, and is an accomplished speaker having presented at numerous conferences around Europe, the USA, New Zealand and Australia on topics ranging from composite materials in the large yacht sector to quality management and environmental stewardship. Michael has also served the wider New Zealand marine industry, having been President of the New Zealand Division of the Royal Institution of Naval Architects and founding the High Performance Yacht Design Conference - one of the world's leading forums for yacht research.

Michael draws on his extensive professional experience in leadership, marketing, sales and international project management to serve McMullen and Wing as Commercial Manager, with responsibility for marketing and sales.
