Our
facilities
are
comprised
of
nine
dedicated
operational
areas
in
five
construction
halls,
totalling
an
area
of
100,000sq.
ft.
We
operate
a
65
tonne
travel-lift
and
a
300
tonne
slipway
for
vessels
up
to
50
metres.
A
private
marina
provides
security
during
and
after
a
vessel
launch.
All
trades
are
housed
on
site
including
Boat-building,
Design
and
Draughting,
Electrical,
Engineering,
FRP
work,
Joinery,
Painting,
Polishing,
and
Welding. |

Our
design
department
is
seen
as
a
vital
part
of
the
company
production,
and
13
CAD
(computer
aided
design)
stations
support
and
generate
information
for
all
design
and
construction
activities.
Using
CAD
we
are
able
to
download
via
e-mail
drawings
supplied
by
nominated
Designers
and
Naval
Architects.
In-house
design,
in
consultation
with
owners
or
their
representatives,
finalises
location
and
finishing
detail
for
all
components
from
engineering
to
joinery
within
the
vessel.
A
new
feature
complimentary
to
this
is
the
recent
installation
of
a
CNC
(3
axis
router)
machine,
programmed
from
CAD
directly
to
the
shop
floor
to
produce
precise
results
in
wood,
metal
and
plastic
machining.
