Our facilities are comprised of nine dedicated operational areas in five construction halls, totalling an area of 100,000sq. ft. We operate a 65 tonne travel-lift and a 300 tonne slipway for vessels up to 50 metres. A private marina provides security during and after a vessel launch.

All trades are housed on site including Boat-building, Design and Draughting, Electrical, Engineering, FRP work, Joinery, Painting, Polishing, and Welding.
Our design department is seen as a vital part of the company production, and 13 CAD (computer aided design) stations support and generate information for all design and construction activities. Using CAD we are able to download via e-mail drawings supplied by nominated Designers and Naval Architects. In-house design, in consultation with owners or their representatives, finalises location and finishing detail for all components from engineering to joinery within the vessel. A new feature complimentary to this is the recent installation of a CNC (3 axis router) machine, programmed from CAD directly to the shop floor to produce precise results in wood, metal and plastic machining.
